 Lori Andrews

Jazz Harpist

Sunday, January 21st, 2018

Lori Andrews continues to push the boundaries of what the harp can do.  A gifted and energetic performer, Lori takes the harp beyond tradition and into the elements of jazz, fusion and R&B.  Lori Andrews' JazHarp Quartet has been the house band every year at the Academy Awards Technical Achievement Division.  Lori shows that her delicate instrument can be used to produce swinging, soulful, funky and stomping music.  She certainly changes one's image of a harpist!  Join us, won't you, and start the New Year right!

 Rastrelli Cello Quartet

Sunday, April 8th, 2018

A singulary unique ensemble, the Rastrelli Cello Quartet has been thrilling audiences with their renderings of non-traditional programming since 2002 with a mission to perform music "between the genres."  Their widely varied programs mix works by Bach, Saint-Saens and Tchaikovsky with those of George Gershwin, Dave Brubeck abd Leroy Anderson.  These four players show some of the best qualities of the venerated Russian cello tradition; namely lustrous tone combined with soulful expression.
